Custom Build - Helicopter Trailer

This job was a combination of onsite and workshop fabrication.

A visit to the site initially to discuss customer requirements and measure up and then take the customers supplied existing trailer to our workshop for extensive modifications to suit his required application.

Then after complex fabrication of many widgets and gizmos that fold up neatly to allow the helicopter to take off and land on the trailer safely, it was then back to site to check fit everything before final finishing and painting etc.

This was again a very well suited job for SB Engineering as it was not possible for the customer to get the helicopter to a workshop safely and with the extensive inventory of equipment that the SB Engineering truck carries with it, the work on the trailer on site was able to be carried out very efficiently and then also finishing work back at our workshop safely and efficiently also.

Result,…….one very happy customer!
